Informational Evening: Gov’t Programs, Transitioning, and Lifescape Youth & Adult Services

Are you interested in learning more about state and federal assistance programs available in the area?  Do you have a child or a young adult looking to transition into adult life?  Would you like to know more about therapies, services, school, and adult services available at Lifescape?

Join us for our informational night with Stephanie Busjahn, the Admissions Coordinator at Lifescape!  

Stephanie will be hosting us at one of LifeScape’s headquarters for adult day services located at 4100 South Western Avenue.  We will be meeting from 5:45pm to 7:45pm and are offering a light dinner of sandwiches, chips, and a drink.  Please RSVP by July 21st so we can plan to have enough packets and food!  We recently added the option to attend via zoom.  Please let us know in the RSVP if you would prefer to join us digitally!

Key services in the conversation will be Strengthening Families, Respite Care, Family Support 360, CHOICES, LifeCourse, planning for transition, and services offered by Lifescape including therapies, school, hospital, housing, and much more.  We are planning to focus the first half of the conversation towards those with younger children in elementary, middle, and high school and the second half will focus on transitioning and adult services.  Those with children of any age are welcome to attend.
